My father, The Rev. Dr. Lloyd P. Terrell was a United Methodist pastor in the city of Newark, NJ for 38 years. He would encourage not only his family but all he came in contact with through uplifting words. He wrote this poem called God Cares. It inspired me and I hope it does the same for you!
